THERE ARE THREE WAYS TO VOTE IN FLORIDA

Vote by Mail

Any voter can request a no-excuse vote-by-mail ballot and vote from home for August’s primaries and November’s general election. You need to submit a new request each year.

The easier way for most of us to request a mail-in ballot is online. You can also request a ballot by calling, mailing, emailing, or going in person to your county’s Supervisor of Elections office.

The office must receive your completed ballot by Election Day at 7 pm. Ballots can be returned by mail or in person.

After you vote, use the vote-by-mail information portal to track the status of your ballot.

Early Voting

Early in-person voting is from October 24th through November 6th. The Leon county supervisor of elections website has dates, times, and locations for you.

Early voting locations are different from the precinct voting location on your voter registration card. You can vote early at any early voting location in your county.

You must bring a valid form of ID like a state-issued driver’s license or a US passport to vote in person.

Election Day

The general election is Tuesday, November 8th. Polls are open from 7 am to 7 pm.

You must vote at the precinct polling place listed on your voter registration card. You can also find this location online using the voter precinct lookup. This should be close to where you live.

You must bring a valid form of ID like a state-issued driver’s license or a US passport to vote in person.
